Chromium steel balls are widely used in precision ball bearings, as well as other industrial applications. Chromium steel balls have good surface quality, high hardness and high load capacity as a result of hardening.

Only the best quality chrome steel manufactured in accordance with ASTM specifications is used - 295. Smaller sized balls are made of wire while larger sized hot forged bar stock. Modern blast furnaces precisely control the atmosphere and temperature used for heat treatment to ensure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each chrome steel ball. Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control ensures tolerance accuracy, good surface finish and consistent high quality.
